MoU Signing Between UMMI and Nurandon Witya School of Thailand

On Saturday, 5th August 2017, International Office of UMMI has had a visit form Mr. Nimu Dueraning, the headmaster of Nurandon Witya School, Thailand. He was picked up on Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung by 3 students who have conducted Community Service in South Thailand last year. They were Dinar, Meri, and Syura.

They arrived in Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi (UMMI) on 10 A.M.. They were warmly welcomed by Dr. Saprudin, the head of International office of UMMI and the staffs.

The visit was not only for MoU signing, but also to discuss academic and non-academic matters. The discussion took place in International Office room. There were 4 students of ex-South Thailand Community Service, the head and a staff of International Office. Focused in cooperation matter, everyone in the room were freely to share each other experiences, knowledge, and ideas in the discussion informally.

After so much discussions, both parties, International Office of UMMI as a representative of Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi (UMMI) and Mr. Nimu Dueraning as a representative of Nurandon Witya School agreed to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Both parties hoped the MoU could be a gate of better cooperation in education. From now on, the discussed programs between both parties can be conducted as soon as possible.
