To fulfill its promise, International Office and Language Centre of Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi sent awardees of best student and best instructor of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) Program 2017/2018 academic year to Malaysia to have excursion and academic activity. The 3 best students and 1 best instructor had received a reward of free excursion to Malaysia for their good learning and teaching performance in ESP Program. They are Haekal (Civil Engineering Department), Sonia (English Literature Department), Aulia Nur Falah (Nursing Department) and Esty Yuliana (ESP Instructor).
Awardees flew to Malaysia from Jakarta on October 1, 2018 night, and landed safely in Malaysia on the next day, October 2, 2018. On the first day, they went to Asia Metropolitan University to have visitation. Asia Metropolitan University is one of universities in Malaysia that have established cooperation with UMMI. The team was welcomed warmly.
They had excursion Kuala Lumpur and Malaca right after visitation to AMU. All the agenda took 3 days to finish as planed, from October 2 to 4. On October 4, the team flew back to Indonesia.
